One of the many hats he wears is ensuring projects meet or exceed building and energy codes, while also helping clients stay on budget and on time.
Hailing originally from Marinette, he lives in Stevens Point with his wife, Mary. When he isn’t working, he can be found enjoying nature, a cup of coffee, and his grandchildren.

Mary Case
Vice President, 13+years
As the Vice President, Mary oversees the daily operations of Guzman Case Corporation.
She handles the company’s money from accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
In her spare time, Mary can be found volunteering at the hospital, walking, or enjoying the company of friends and family. Originally from Marinette, she currently lives in Stevens Point with her husband, Jackson.

Jonathan Vaver
Architect

As an architect for Guzman Case Corporation, Jonathan is more than just building codes and a hard hat. He is a licensed, solution seeking problem solver who uses 3D modeling technology as a weapon.
In addition to being licensed architect, Jonathan helps manage and organize projects from beginning to end while always being conscious of clients wants and needs.
An Air Force Veteran, Jonathan lives in Marshfield with his wife, foster kids and the beloved Jeep Wrangler. In his free time, he can be found strumming a guitar, drinking coffee, or remodeling his home.
